As a purveyor of premium coffee and black pepper, we take pride in the quality of our agricultural products. Due to the food-grade nature of our items, we maintain the following policy to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To maintain food safety standards, eligibility is strictly limited to the following:

• Unopened Seal: The coffee or black pepper packaging must be unopened with the original vacuum seal or tamper-evident seal intact.

• Condition: The outer packaging must be in the same condition as received, free from moisture, strong odors, or physical damage.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or invoice.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our products, but if there is an issue:

• Report within 48 Hours: If you receive the wrong product (e.g., requested whole beans but received powder) or if the packaging arrived torn/damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

• Photo Evidence: Please email a photo of the damaged package and the shipping label to mohittrading1923@gmail.com.

• Resolution: For verified damage or shipping errors, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened Products: Any bag of coffee or black pepper where the seal has been broken or tampered with.

• Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Large scale commercial orders are subject to the specific terms outlined in the wholesale contract.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure the food seal is intact.

• Approval: We will notify you of the status of your refund immediately after inspection.

• Processing: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

5. Shipping

• Return Costs: As a small, independent company dedicated to sourcing the finest coffee and pepper, we strive to keep our prices fair for everyone. Because of our small-scale operations, we are currently unable to offer free return shipping.

• Deductions: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of the initial delivery will be deducted from your total.
